Reminder: We will follow BCS weather announcements. If Berkeley County Schools are cancelled for the day or close early because of the weather, we will not meet. If there is a delay but school ends on time, we will meet.
FUTURE CARDINALS
The Future Cardinals band is an after-school social club for current middle school band students who will attend Spring Mills High School. We meet to provide more opportunities to play, to offer extra challenges or extra help where needed, and to boost recruiting for the SMHS Band by letting middle school students meet and play music with current high school band members so they can see the fun that awaits them in high school band.
Dates: Thursdays, beginning March 16 until May 11.
Time: After school until 4:00. We will only meet on days school is in session.
Permission slip: Please fill out the form you were given in class and either return it to your middle school band director or scan it and email to Mr.Cheek. Be sure to provide emergency contact information and indicate if anyone else is allowed to pick your child up.
Bus from Spring Mills Middle to SMHS: Ride your regular bus. When you return your completed permission form you will be put on the list of who is allowed to get off at the high school. [Walkers and pickups - the front office will tell you what bus to ride when you return your permission slip.]
