DRUMLINE AUDITIONS 2020

** Monday August 17, 9:00 a.m.-noon **

Drumline instruments are snare, tenors, bass and cymbals. Instruments are assigned by audition.  Practice these pieces to develop your skills and show the staff which instrument will be the best fit for you.

You must audition to be placed on the Drumline.  If you cannot attend camp on audition day, submit a video recording to hcheek@k12.wv.us.
  • You must play the quarter/8th rhythm sheet. You may add the snare or tenor audition music if you want.
  • Make sure the video shows your face and hands while playing.
  • Videos may be submitted at any time up to audition day. Late auditions will not be considered.

1. Basic quarter and eighth note rhythms. Everyone must play this one.
